"It's starts with Food" By Dallas & Melissa Hartwig is an excellent, no nonsense and easy to understand book on "What is Paleo?" and "How to get started?" At Wodnut, we highly recommended this book for Paleo newbies.

Sarah Wilson is an Australian media personality, TV host and journalist who developed an 8-week program to "I quit sugar". At Wodnut we love her, as her posts are interesting, informative and candid.
Irena Macri is the creator of Eat Drink Paleo. Another fellow Australian. We love how she makes Paleo look super yummilicious.
Now what's there not to like about Michelle Tam. Her writing is fun and witty. Paleo Asian cooking is the best. OK, I'm a little bias since I'm Asian too. There needs to be more of us to battle against the rice and noodle Kings :)
